Product Information
Texwhite-2836. is an optical brightening agent for polyester and polyester blends, suitable by exhaust as well as continuous application. Material treated with Texwhite-2836. offers reddish white tone. Texwhite-2836. can be added in combined scouring and weight reduction treatment of 100% polyester fabric as it is stable to pH 12 at high temperatures.

Application

Padding process

  • Texwhite-2836 : 3-5 g/l
  • Saracid-RS : 2-3 g/l (optional)
  • Saraline-FI : 3-5 g/l
  • Pick-up : 60-70%
  • Bath pH : 4.5-5.5
  • Thermofix : 190-210 deg.C, 45-60 secs.

Exhaust process

  • Texwhite-2836 : 0.3-0.5%
  • Saragen-DAM : 0.5-1% (optional)
  • Saracid-RS : 0.5-1% (optional)
  • Bath pH : 4.5-5.5 
  • Bath Temp. : 130-135 deg.C
  • Time : 30-45 mins.

Note : Texwhite-2836. can also be added during finishing of polyester and polyester blends along with other finishing chemicals using the same dosage mentioned under pad application.

Precautions

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
