Whitex-2357.is an optical brightening agent for polyester & polyester blends suitable by exhaust as well as pad application. Material treated with Whitex-2357.offers bluish white tone.

Application

Exhaust Application

  • 0.6 - 1.0% : Whitex-2357
  • 0.5 - 1% : Saragen DAM(optional)
  • 0.5 - 1% : Saracid-RS

pH 4.5 - 5.5, temp 130-135 deg.C, treat for 30-45 min.

Pad Application

  • 5 - 8 g/l : Whitex-2357
  • 2 - 3 g/Miscible Saracid-RS
  • 2 - 3 g/iconic products Saraline FI

Pad with 60-70% picks up, thermofix at 180-190 deg.C for 45-60 secs.

Precautions

Precautions

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
