Texwhite-SFN. is fluorescent whitening agent with bluish violet tone for polyester and polyester blends at all stages of processing. It is suitable for continuous and exhaust processes. Texwhite-SFN. is a very economical and even small application can produce a brilliant white effect of a very high standard.

Application

Padding process

  • Dosage : 1-5 g/l (depending on substrate quality)
  • Pick-up : 65-70%
  • Bath pH : 5.0-6.0
  • Thermofix : 170-210 deg.C, 45-60 secs.

Exhaust process

  • Dosage : 0.1-0.5% (depending on substrate quality)
  • Bath pH : 5.0-6.0
  • Bath Temp.: : 95-130 deg.C
  • Time : 20-30 mins.

Precautions

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
