XTRASOFT-2751 | Hydrophobic Micro silicone softener

Product Information

Xtrasoft-2751 is a new generation micro silicone softener specially developed for cellulosic and its blends. It imparts good surface softness for cotton, shirting, bottom weight and sheeting fabric without the greasy handle.

Xtrasoft-2751 gives inner softness without making the fabric limpy. It can be applied by a pad and by exhaust in garment drum machine.

Application

Pad application
- 15-30 g/l Xtrasoft-2751 ,depending on requirements
- pH 5-6 adjusted with acetic acid, pick up 65-70%, dry below 160 deg.C.
Exhaust application for garments.
- 1.5 - 3% Xtrasoft-2751 (o.w.f.)
- pH 5-6 adjusted with acetic acid, treat at 35-40 deg c. for 10-20 min.

Precautions

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life : 8 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
