Application
  1. Reactive Printing :
X parts Reactive dyestuff 3-5 parts Urea
    1 part Super R-Salt
2-3 parts Sodium Bicarbonate Y parts Alginate Thickening
    100parts
Cellulosic fabric is printed with the above paste, dried and steamed in a rapid ager at 103-105 deg.C for 7 min. or in a star ager for 15-20 min. The fabric is then subsequently washed.

  2. Reactive Dyeing
It can be used in dyeing when reactive dyes dyed by pad-dry-cure or pad-dry-steam process. 10 g/l of Super R Salt is used alongwith reactive dyes, sodium bicarbonate, urea and antimigrating agent.

  3. Discharge Printing
It is necessary to pad with 10 g/l Super R Salt when vinyl sulphone reactive dyed fabric is subsequently printed with white or vat colour discharge. It protects the reactive dyes from reducing agent fumes during steaming.

Super R Salt not only protects dyeing or prints with reactive dyes but improves colour yield and brightness.
