Reduction Clearing Agent in Acidic Medium

| Key Features | Benefits |
|---|---|
| Works under acidic pH | Dyeing followed by reduction clearing in the same dye bath Saves time, energy, water and reduces effluent load |
| Physical appearance | White irregular powder |
| Ionic nature | Nonionic |
| pH of 1% solution | 11 +/- 2 |
| Miscibility | Soluble with water |
| Compatibility | Compatible with anionic, cationic and nonionic products |
| Stability | Stable to dilute acids and dilute alkalies |
It is highly effective in a cooling acid dye bath, the pH of the bath should be 3.5-4.5
After dyeing, treat the dyed substrate at 70-80 deg.C for 10-20 min. followed by rinsing.
SUGGESTED RECIPE - Light to Medium shade
| Substrate | Dosage* |
|---|---|
| Polyester | 0.5-1% (owf) |
| Polyester/Spandex | 1-2% (owf) |
| Saragen-SO | 0.3-0.5 g/l (Optional) OR |
| Saragen-DAM | 1.0-2.0% (Optional) |

Addition of dispersing agents (Saragen-SO, Saragen-DAM) improves removal of dye in case of polyester/spandex.
Dosages of diluted product to be calculated on the basis of solid content.
Dosages to be taken depending on the depth of shade.
Note : For Dark shade
Instructions For Dilution
Procedure to prepare 25% diluted product of 100% Reducon-ACD (Conc).
