Terryfinish-XF (Conc). is a hydrophilic nano silicone softener and outstanding formulation for imparting hydrophilic soft finish on textile substrates. It imparts good softness on cotton knits and terry towels. Terryfinish-XF (Conc). imparts rapid moisture absorption, moisture evaporation, and improved wicking property thereby producing a cooling effect to a wearer. It is shear stable hence can be used on soft flow machines and garment drum machines. It can be applied by exhaust as well as by padding method.

Instructions for Dilution
Procedure to prepare 22% diluted product of 70% Terryfinish-XF (Conc).
Take 67 parts of DM water
To this, gradually add 33 parts of Terryfinish-XF (Conc). under continuous stirring at 30-45 rpm (paddle stirrer) or at 100-300 rpm (turbo stirrer) to obtain a clear liquid. Then add 2-3 parts of IPA or Butyl Carbitol. Again stir for 10-15 min if the emulsion is unclear.
Preservation: It is recommended to add 0.1% Bronopol (2-Bromo,2-nitropropane, 1,3-diol) or Methyl Paraben (methyl para hydroxy benzoate) as an antimicrobial agent to avoid fungal/microbial growth.
