Sarex-408 is an economical macro silicone softener for finishing of cotton, polyester and their blends. Sarex-408 imparts excellent softness on treated substrates. Sarex-408 is non-yellowing, hence suitable for whites as well as for dyed fabrics. Sarex-408 is suitable by pad and by exhaust in garment drum machine.

Dosages of diluted product to be calculated on the basis of solid content.
Note:
pH of the bath should not exceed 6.5 (pH of the bath should be acidic)
Instructions For Dilution
Procedure to prepare 25% diluted product of 50% Sarex-408
Preservation : Preservation: It is recommended to add 0.1% Bronopol (2-Bromo,2-nitropropane, 1,3-diol) or Methyl Paraben (methyl para hydroxy benzoate) as an antimicrobial agent to avoid fungal / microbial growth.
It is advisable to utilise the diluted product within 2 months.
Precautions
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
