HYDROCARE (CONC) (N) | Hydrophilic softener

Hydrocare (Conc) (N) is a new generation hydrophilic softener specially developed to impart outstanding softness on the textile substrates. It imparts superior softness than the conventional hydrophilic silicone softeners especially on terry towels and knits. Hydrocare (Conc) (N) is applicable by exhaust as well as by padding method. It is also suitable by wet on wet application. Hydrocare (Conc) (N) does not affect the hydrophilicity of the finished substrate. It can also be used for moisture management finish. Since it is shear stable it can be applied on fabric using high turbulence machine such as soft flow.

* Dosages recommended are based on the concentrated product's strength. 

Dosages of diluted product to be calculated on the basis of solid content. 

Note: pH of bath should not exceed 6.5 (pH of bath should be acidic) 

Instructions For Dilution:

Procedure to prepare 20% diluted product of 40% Hydrocare (Conc) (N) 

- Take 50 parts of Hydrocare (Conc) (N) 

- To this, slowly add 50 parts of DM water at room temperature under constant stirring at 150 - 200 rpm using paddle stirrer 

- Continue stirring for 30 - 45 min to obtain homogeneous liquid

Preservation: It is recommended to add 0.1% Bronopol (2-Bromo,2-nitropropane, 1,3-diol) or Methyl Paraben (methyl para hydroxy benzoate) as an antimicrobial agent to avoid fungal / microbial growth. 

Note: 

If separation (white translucent layer at the top) observed in product, stir well and use.  

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
