Haysoft-641 is a newly developed blocked silicone softener. It imparts soft and slick handle to knit and woven and all type of substrates. It is easy to dilute as it does not require emulsifier for dilution. It forms macro emulsion on dilution. It is applicable by exhaust as well as by padding method. It gives superior handfeel compare to other blocked silicones. It does not impair original hydrophilicity of fabric.

Method For Dilution (20%)
Take 26.66 parts of product to this slowly add 73.34 parts of water with constant stirring at 300-400 rpm, stir continuously for 20-30 min till product become homogeneous
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
