Zip and Button corrosion protector

Product Information
Heflor-CI (Conc)is a corrosive and passive inhibitor for metal when it comes in contact with water. Heflor-CI (Conc) protects during processing/dyeing of garments with metal buttons/zips, especially made up of copper. It prevents stain formation due to metal accessories. Heflor-CI (Conc) does not affect shade of dyed garments.

Application

0.5-1.0 g/l Heflor-CI (Conc) to be added at room temperature before addition of dye.

Note:
  1. Heflor-CI (Conc). can be directly dosed in machine
  2. Heflor-CI (Conc). not to be used with chlorine-based oxidising products
Precautions

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
