Product Information

Ergofix-ALS is an all in one dye fixing agent for cellulosic dyed with Reactive,Direct, Indigo and Sulphur dyestuffs. It shows very good improvement in colour fastness to washing. For Indigo denims, can be applied after desizing and before or after stone washing or enzyme treatment. Ergofix-ALS can be applied by exhaust as well as pad application.

Exhaust Process (For Reactive dyed fabrics)

After thorough soaping of reactive dyed fabrics, treat in a fresh bath with below recipe:

Exhaust Process  Continuous Process
Dosage : 0.5-1.5%
Dosage : 5-15 gpl
Bath pH : 5.0-5.5
Pick-up : 65-70%
Bath Temp : 30-40 deg.C
Bath pH : 5.0-5.5
Time. : 15-30 min.  Drying : 130-170 deg.C

Application (For Indigo & Sulphur dyed fabrics)

Exhaust Process
Padding Process
Dosage : 2-3%
Dosage :20-30 gpl
Bath pH : 5.0-5.5
Pick-up :65-70%
Bath Temp : 30-40 deg.C
Bath pH :5.0-5.5
Time. : 15-20 min.
Drying :110-130 deg.C


Spray Application :
Dosage : 20-30 gpl
Bath pH : 5.0-5.5
Spraying ->Drying at 110-130 deg.C

Exhaust Process (For Direct dyed fabrics) 

After thorough soaping of Direct dyed fabrics, treat in a fresh bath with below recipe:

Dosage : 1.5-3%
Dosage : 15-30 gpl
Bath pH : 3.5-4.5
Pick-up : 65-70%
Bath Temp : 30-40 deg.C
Bath pH : 3.5-4.5
Time. : 15-30 min.   Drying : 130-170 deg.C
Precautions

Storage: Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg c. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture. 

Shelf Life: 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
