Fragrance

Superfresh-Lavender is a new odour absorbing & refreshing finish. Superfresh-Lavender imparts durable fragnance to the fabric. Durability of the finish can be further improved by the addition of binder in the recipe. Fragrance is released from micro capsules due to abrasion which occurs under normal wearing condition. Superfresh-Lavender is applicable on synthetic and natural fabrics.

Application

Padding process

• Superfresh-Lavender: : 8-10 g/l
• Pick up : 65-70%
• Bath pH : 5-5.5
• Drying : 140-160 deg.C

Exhaust process

• Superfresh-Lavender: 2-3%
• Bath pH : 5-5.5
• Bath Temp. : 30-40 deg.C 
• Time : 20-30 min.
• Hydroextract and dry
• For Synthetic garment : - Binder not required
• For cotton garment : - Binder required

3. Printing

• Pigment Colour : x g/l
• Acrylic Binder : 5-10 g/l
• Superfresh-Lavender: : 10-15 g/l
• Thickener : y g/l

(x & y depending on actual requirement)

Mix above items together well & make even paste. Then print, dry & cure as usual pigment printing.

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
