Application
Recommended recipe :
Water 1000 gm
Wetting Agent 0-5 gm
Dispersing Agent 0-5 gm
Antifoaming Agent 0-5 gm
Fabprint-PES 25-35 gm
Total Quantity -1 kg
Paste Preparation Method :
- Dissolve all chemicals in water
- Gradually add Fabprint-PES with stirring
- Continue stirring for 20-30 min
- To this, gradually add dyestuff with stirring till complete dissolution.
- Check the viscosity. Adjust if necessary.
Precautions
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight.Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
