Product Information

Saratreat-774 is an economical low foaming, solvent and APEO/NPEO free scouring and wetting agent for cotton yarn, knits, terry towels, fabric and cotton blends. Saratreat-774 works excellent in removing the fluff which are generated during bio-polishing treatment and lints which are generated during terry towel bleaching. Due to its low foaming characteristics, the product is suitable for jet dyeing machine even at low liquor ratio. The product is also suitable for high temperature scouring and combined scouring and bleaching at boil as well as at high temperature. It has very good emulsification, which removes oil, wax, stains, fluff (lints) and other impurities from cellulose and it's blend.

1. For scouring and combined scouring and bleaching : 

1-1.5% : Saratreat-774

2-4% : Caustic soda flakes 

3-8% : H2O2 50%

0.5-1% : Saraquest-2UD 

0.3-1.2% : Sarastabil-MRS

Treat at 98 deg.C for 40-90 min. OR 110 deg.C for 15-45 min.  


2. For removing fluff which are generated during bio polishing and lints which are generated during terry towel bleaching: 

Recommended dosage : 0.3-0.5% 

Raise temperature to 90 deg. C. Run for 5-10 min. and drain

Precautions

Storage: Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture. 

Shelf Life: 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
