Essbleach-BL is a low-temperature bleach activator for cotton and its blends. Essbleach-BL is suitable by exhaust process. Essbleach-BL catalyzes the peroxide bleaching of cotton at lower temperature i.e.at 75-80 deg.C saving energy, time and total cost. Essbleach-BL also reduces the strength loss.

I. Recipe for RFD (Ready for dyeing)

Celldet-R : 0.25-0.5%
Caustic flakes : 1.5-2%
Hydrogen Peroxide (50% v/v): 2-2.5%
II.Recipe for FW (Full White)

Essbleach-BL : 0.8-1.2%
Celldet-R : 0.3-0.5%
Caustic flakes : 2.5-3.0%
Hydrogen Peroxide (50% v/v): 6.0-8.0%
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life : 8 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
