Heflor-PP is a bleaching agent For Denim substrates. It works as alternative of potassium permanganate and sodium hypochlorite. It can be applied by dipping or closed machine spraying. It does not required any special neutralization.

Dipping Application for all over bleaching in the machine

At Cold Water – 10 minutes

Drain the bath

Turn the machine 20-40 minutes more when the drain is open. Depending on turning time, bleaching color can be Adjusted

No need of tumble drying and garments can be neutralized after the application

Machine Spray Application

Recipe 1

300-700 g/l – Heflor-PP

Liquor ratio:1:1-2

At room temperature for 10-15 minutes spraying time and 20-40 minutes turning time and depending on turning time, bleaching color can be adjusted

No need tumble drying and garments can be neutralized after the application.

Make sure that the garments are thoroughly rinsed before bleaching process and an acidic rinse is recommended before the application. If there is alkali residue on the garments. Any alkaline residue on the garments can affect the bleaching effect negatively

Washing after Bleaching

 Basic detergent washing is sufficient to remove any residues.

- Add 3-5 g/L Heflor-PP at 55 C – 10 minute. If more blueish cast is required, hydrogen peroxide can be used in the same bath.

Precautions

Storage :  Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg c. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life :  9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
