Denizyme-WF is an water free and stone free bleaching of Indigo denim and Sulphur denim to obtain stone wash effects. The stone wash effect obtained is equivalent to that obtained with conventional denim bleaching. Denizyme-WF process enables saving of water, energy and time hence leading to a novel and sustainable approach in denim wet processing.

STAGE-1 : PREWASH

Desize-GC : 1 -1.5%

Sarakol-BSI-667 : 1 -1.5 %

Anticrease Conc (1:100) : 1.0%

Celldet-R : 0.5 %

pH : 5.5

Treat at 40-50 deg.C for 20 min. followed by drain.

STAGE-2 : APPLICATION OF DENIZYME-WF

Denizyme-WF : 2-3 %

pH : No need to maintain

Temperature : Room Temperature

Time : 30-45 min.

Note : After every 15 min. sprinkle the product and run

STAGE-3 : WASHING-1

Cold wash for 5 min.

STAGE-4 : WASHING-2

Sarabrite- 2.0%

Room temperature, 15-20 min.

STAGE-5 : SOFTENING

Precautions

Storage: Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg c. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life: 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
