Product Information
Sarapeach-AM is a special finishing chemical that imparts soft and smooth handle on the fabric with good drapability by forming a 3 dimensional film. Sarapeach-AM gives wash fast finish on cotton, polyester and their blend fabrics. Sarapeach-AM imparts hydrophilicity, reduce pilling tendency and improves abrasion resistance of the finished fabric.

Application

Padding Process :

  • Dosage : 10-30 g/l - Cotton and its blends, 5-15 g/l - Polyester
  • Pick Up: : 65-70%
  • Bath pH : 5.0-6.0
  • Drying : 130-160 deg.C

Exhaust Process :

  • Dosage : 1-3%
  • Bath pH : 5.0-6.0
  • Bath Temp : 30-40 deg.C
  • Time : 20-30 mins.
Precautions

Precautions

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
