Tear strength improver

Saralube-2975 is a special finishing chemical to improve the tear strength of the woven and knitted fabrics. Incorporation of Saralube-2975 in the normal finishing bath as well as in resin finishing bath improves tear strength without affecting the handle.   It imparts soft and waxy handle to finished fabric. Saralube-2975 does not affect whiteness or brightness of the shades. Saralube-2975 can also be used in fluorocarbon finishing without any effect on performance of flurochemical for stain and water repellency. Saralube-2975 can be applied by exhaust as well as pad application.

Pad application :

30-60 g/l Saralube-2975 is recommended in usual finishing recipes including resin finish and flurochemical finish.

Exhaust application :

3-6% Saralube-2975

pH : 5-6, Temp : 35-40 deg.C, treat for 20-30 min.

In order to prevent film formation or drying of Saralube-2975 at the top, the container should be immediately closed tightly after use.

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
