Saraguard-FL is a methanol-free antimicrobial agent for finishing of Cotton, Polyester and their blends. Saraguard-FL can be applied by padding, exhaust, soaking and spraying methods. Saraguard-FL is a non-leaching antimicrobial agent. It is effective against a broad spectrum of microbes.

Padding process:
Drying : 110-120 deg.C, 1-2 min.
Exhaust process:
* For application in medical textiles the dosage of the above chemical has to be optimized depending on the GSM of the fabric and (%) Expression
* Concentration of the above product to be taken on the basis of durability requirement.
* At higher drying/curing temperatures there might be shade changes depending on the Dye, OBA and the fabric.
* Pre-trials are recommended.
Precautions
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
