Sewability improver
Saralube-JW is cationic sewability improver which can be applied by exhaust application on wovens, knits and garments. Due to its low foaming characteristics, Saralube-JW can be applied to jet dyeing machines without any difficulty. Saralube-JW confers wash fast softness to the treated material.

1) Exhaust Application
1-3% Saralube-JW
pH 5-6, temperature 30-40 deg.C, treat for 20-30 min.
2) Pad Application
10-30 g/l Saralube-JW
pH 4.5-5.5, pad with 60-70% pick-up, dry at 130-140 deg.C
Precautions
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life : 8 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
