Sarapeach-MR is a self-crosslinking polymeric finish which imparts softness as well as fullness to the finished fabric.  Sarapeach-MR is a new softener introduced to give peach skin effect to fabrics without emerising. Sarapeach-MR can be used on all fabrics and garments made from natural as well as synthetic fibres for durable, soft and peach skin effect.

Applications 

Padding Process :

• Dosage : 10-40 g/l
• Pick-up : 65-70%
• Bath pH : 5.0-6.0
• Drying : 130-160 deg.C, 2-3 mins.
• Shock curing : 170-180 deg.C, 30-45 secs.

Exhaust Process (Garment m/c) :

• Dosage : 6-25 g/kg
• Bath pH : 5.0-6.0
• Bath Temp. : 30-40 deg.C, 10-15 mins.
• Hydroextract, Tumble dry
• Drying & curing : 130-160 deg.C

Note

Sarapeach-MR can be applied by spraying or by exhaust method followed by hydroextraction, tumble drying and curing along with resin. Best results are obtained by a spraying method.

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
