Product Information

Katafix-HV is an all in one dye fixing agent for cellulosic’s dyed with Reactive, Direct, Indigo and Sulphur dyestuffs. It shows very good improvement in colour fastness to washing. For Indigo denims, can be applied after desizing and before or after stone washing or enzyme treatment. Katafix-HV can be applied by exhaust as well as pad application.

After thorough soaping of reactive dyed fabrics, treat in a fresh bath with below recipe:

Bath Temp  : 30-40 deg.C

Application (For Indigo & Sulphur dyed fabrics)

Dosage : 2-3%
Dosage : 20-30 gpl  
Bath pH : 5.0-5.5
Pick-up  : 65-70% 
Bath Temp : 30-40 deg.C
Bath Temp : 5.0-5.5
Time : 15-20 min.  Drying :110-130 deg.C

Spray application:

After thorough soaping of Direct dyed fabrics, treat in a fresh bath with below recipe:

Precautions

Precautions

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
