- It is Intermediate of Alpaviroc API exhibit Antagonist. - Benzophenone imine is widely used as a reagent for the protection of primary amines, and the starting materials to synthesize aniline - As intermediate material for synthesis of organic chemicals. Catalytic enantioselective alkylation of the benzophenone imine of glycine t-butyl ester using phosphazene (Schwesinger) bases and chiral quaternary ammonium salts yields either enantiomer of amino acid derivatives in excellent yield. - Useful in the preparation of nitrile yield dimmers. |
