Fabcoat-AR 100 is an hard Acrylic coating agent, recommended as a coating compound for outdoor fabrics like suncreens blinds. It is also used to impart body, dimensional stability to the fabric. It provides excellent UV and weather resistance.

Application
- Pre-impregnation with flourocarbon is recommended before coating
- Fabcoat-AR 100 can be applied by knife on air
- Coating is to be dried at 100-120 deg.C
- Curing should be done at 160 deg.C for 3 mins
- For achieving high add-on, Fabcoat-AR should be coated in 2 pass
- Addition of Fabcoat-AR 100 in the coating recipe can help in getting hard handle on the fabric
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
