Product Information

Xtrasoft-2751 is a new generation micro silicone softener specially developed for cellulosics and its blends. It imparts good surface softness for cotton, shirting, bottom weight and sheeting fabric without the greasy handle.

Xtrasoft-2751 gives inner softness without making the fabric limpy. It can be applied by pad and by exhaust in garment drum machine.

Application

Pad application

15-30 g/l Xtrasoft-2751 ,depending on requirements

pH 5-6 adjusted with acetic acid, pick up 65-70%, dry below 160 deg.C.

Exhaust application for garments.

1.5 - 3% Xtrasoft-2751 (o.w.f.)
pH 5-6 adjusted with acetic acid, treat at 35-40 deg c. for 10-20 min.

Precautions

Storage	Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life	8 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions
