Product Information

Texsoft-Ultra (Conc) is a new generation concentrated, nano silicone softener. Texsoft-Ultra (Conc) imparts excellent softness with good hydrophilic properties on cellulosic, polyester, wool and their blends. Texsoft-Ultra (Conc) does not affect whiteness or shade of treated fabric. It has better alkaline stability than conventional silicones.

Since Texsoft-Ultra (Conc) is shear stable, it can be used on soft flow machines and jet dyeing machines.

Dosages of diluted product to be calculated on the basis of solid content.

Instructions For Dilution

Procedure to prepare 20% diluted product of 70% Texsoft-Ultra (Conc)

- Take 27 parts of Texsoft-Ultra (Conc)

- To this, add 73 parts of DM water with constant stirring (100-200 rpm) for 25 - 30 min. to obtain homogeneous liquid

Preservation: It is recommended to add 0.1% Bronopol (2-Bromo,2-nitropropane, 1,3-diol) or Methyl Paraben (methyl para hydroxy benzoate) as an antimicrobial agent to avoid fungal / microbial growth.

Precautions

Storage	Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life	8 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions
