Product Information

Supergen-MX is a levelling agent for wool, polyamide and silk dyeing with acid, metal complex dyes and also for dyeing of wool with chrome dyes. It reduces high strike rate of the high affinity dyes particularly in light shades. Supergen-MX along with Saraline-FI can prevent precipitation of cationic dyes with disperse dyes in single bath dyeing of CDP/polyester.

Application

1. Dyeing of wool, silk, polyamide with acid, metal complex & chrome dyes:

0.75-1% Supergen-MX

2. Single bath dyeing of CDP/polyester:

1% Supergen-MX

1% Saraline-FI

add in bath at 50 deg.C containing sodium acetate and acetic acid with pH 5-5.5 and then add cationic dyes. Circulate for 5-10 min. They add disperse dyes. Circulate 5-10 min. & start dyeing.

Precautions

Storage	Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life	8 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions
