Supercone-KTS is a concentrated, non-yellowing, non hydrophobic economical organic softener for cotton yarns, knits, wovens, wool, silk and garments. Supercone-KTS gives excellent softness to the fabric. Supercone-KTS can be used by exhaust as well as pad application.

Instructions For Dilution


Procedure to prepare 10% of Supercone-KTS


- Take 90 parts of DM water (pH 5.5, 90-95 deg.C)

- To this slowly add 10 parts of Supercone-KTS with stirring at 200-300 rpm.

- Continue stirring for further 45-60 mins. to get homogenous product

- Continue stirring the product till it cools down to room temperature.


Note : 0.1-0.2 g/l Saraquest-W is recommended if more than 100 ppm hard water is used for dilution.


Preservation : It is recommended to add 0.1% Bronopol (2-Bromo, 2 nitropropane, 1,3-diol) or Methyl Paraben (methyl para hydroxy benzoate) as an antimicrobial agent to avoid fungal / microbial growth.

Precautions
Storage Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life 8 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions
