Product Information

Sarapol-AIO is All-in-One very low foaming speciality product for pretreatment of cotton yarn, cotton knits, terry towels and their blends. Due to it's unique formulation it acts as a wetting agent, detergent and peroxide stabiliser. Thus, combined scouring and bleaching can be carried out using only caustic soda and peroxide alongwith Sarapol-AIO. Due to low foaming characteristic, it is suitable for soft flow machines as well as low liquor ratio package dyeing machines and jet dyeing machine.

Application

1.Preparation of material for dyeing

1.0-1.5% Sarapol-AIO

2.0-3.0% Caustic soda flakes

2.0-3.0% Hydrogen peroxide 50%
Treat at 95-110 deg.C for 45-15 min.

2.Preparation of material for optical brightening

1.5-3.0% Sarapol-AIO

3.0% Caustic soda flakes

1.0% Saraquest 2UD

6.0-8.0% Hydrogen peroxide 50%
Treat at 95-110 deg.C for 90-45 min.

Precautions

Storage	Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life	8 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions
