SARAKOL-NF | Deaerating Agent

Product Information

Sarakol-NF is a low foaming wetting agent and deaerating agent for continuous dyeing as well as exhaust application, particularly for dyeing of yarn packages. Due to its excellent wetting action, proper wetting takes place in short time particularly in continuous dyeing which results into uniform shade. In exhaust application it helps to remove entrapped air thus leading to thorough wetting before addition of any other chemical. Sarakol-NF can also be added in desizing by pad batch application to improve pick-up. Sarakol-NF is stable in high concentration of caustic.

Application

1.Exhaust-application

1-2 g/l Sarakol-NF

Add at room temperature and circulate for 5 mins. before addition of any other chemicals.

2.Pad-application

2-5 g/l Sarakol-NF

Precautions

Storage	Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life	8 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions
