Product Information


Sarakol-BSI (paste) is economical, anti redeposition agent, dispersing and suspending product for garment processing. Sarakol-BSI (paste) is compatible with enzyme and used as a anti back staining agent for denims. It prevents redeposition of indigo. Sarakol-BSI (paste) produces salt pepper effect when combined with cellulase enzyme in denim fading. Sarakol-BSI (paste) is effective washing-off agent to remove back stain from processed denim.

Application


1. Desizing of denim garments :


3.0-6.0 g/l Super D Size Ultra

0.5-0.6 g/l Celldet-R

2.0-3.0 % Sarakol-BSI (paste) on weight of garment/fabric.


pH 6-8, depending on enzyme, temperature 60-65 deg.C. Treat for 60 min.


2. Bio-polishing :


0.5-1.0 g/l Biopol-HC

0.5-0.6 g/l Celldet-R

2.0-3.0 % Sarakol-BSI (paste) on weight of garment/fabric.


pH 5-7, depending on enzyme temperature 55 deg.C. Treat for 45-60 min.


3. Stone washing :


2.0-3.0 % Sarakol-BSI (paste) on weight of garment/fabric.


Note: Sarakol-BSI (paste) to be used directly, with enzyme formulation.

Precautions

Storage Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life 8 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions
