SARABLOOM-DS

Product Information

Sarabloom-DS is a special colour deepening agent which imparts reasonably durable shade enhancing effect. Sarabloom-DS shows blooming effect on cotton, wool, synthetic fabric and their blends particularly with dark and deep shade such as blacks and navy blues. Sarabloom-DS imparts slightly redder tone on the treated fabric. Treatment with Sarabloom-DS confers soft, pleasing and silky feel to the finished substrate thus the addition of conventional softeness can be reduced from the recipe.

Precautions :

* Any strong mechanical finish like calendering, pressure decatising etc. which can affect the surface characteristics of the finished fabric may reduce blooming effect.

* Blooming effect will not be observed for dyefixed fabric.

* pH of padding solution should be 4.5-5.0. If pH increases to alkaline side, the emulsion becomes unstable resulting in the formation of white specks and ultimately lower colour deepening effect.

* Make small volume of pad solution to avoid tailing problem.
