Product Information

Sarabloom-970 is a novel colour deepening agent developed for shade enhancement of fabrics viz., cotton, wool, linen, polyester and their blends dyed with black and navy blue dyes. Treatment with Sarabloom-970 confers higher colour depth coupled with soft and pleasing handle on the fabric. Sarabloom-970 does not lead to bronzing.

Padding process:

Pick-up	: 65-70%
Bath pH	: 4.5-5.0
Drying	: 110-130 deg.C, 1-2 min
Curing	: 160-170 deg.C, 1-2 min (Cotton) 170-180 deg.C , 45-60 sec. (Polyester)

Note:

- 1 g/l Sarawet-NF is recommended to improve the pick up of Sarabloom-970

Coating application for Denim

Dosage	: 20 Parts
Thickener	: 80 parts
Total	: 100 parts

pH 4.5-5.0; Coat & Cure at 160-170 deg.C

Exhaust process:

Garment drum, winch m/c.

Dosage	: 2-4%
Bath pH	: 4.5-5.0
Bath Temp.	: 30-40 deg.C
Time	: 20-30 min.
Drying & Curing	: 160-170 deg.C

Precautions

Any strong mechanical finish like calendering, pressure decatising etc. which can affect the surface characteristics of the finished fabric may reduce blooming effect.

Blooming effect will not be observed for dyefixed fabric.

pH of padding solution should be 4.5-5.0. If pH increases to alkaline side, emulsion becomes unstable resulting in the formation of white specks and ultimately lower colour deepening effect on the fabric.

Make small volume of pad solution to avoid tailing problem.

Precautions

Storage	Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life	8 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions
