POLYSOFT-55

Product Information

Polysoft-55 is a new generation silicone softener and works very well on all substrates. It imparts very good surface smoothness and body break on the treated substrates. Another advantage is that it can reduce the caustic during weight reduction process of polyester. It can be applied by padding as well as by exhaust method. Being shear stable, Polysoft-55 can also be used in jet dyeing machine.

* Recommended to use post dyeing at 40-50 deg.C for 20-30 mins.

Note :

pH of bath should not exceed 6.5 (pH of bath should be acidic)

Precautions

Storage	Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life	8 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
