PRODUCT LITERATURE

POLYDYE-DIF

Product Information

Polydye-DIF is a levelling, dispersing agent for dyeing of polyester and its blends with disperse dyes. It has also a diffusion property thereby helps to reduce dyeing time. It improves dispersion stability of the dyes in the bath, prevents agglomeration and deposition of oligomer on the fabric and keeps machine clean.

Polydye-DIF has a migrating property thereby it corrects faulty dyeing. Polydye-DIF improves exhaustion of dye specially for polyester microfibre which permits dyeing in short liquor ratio. Polydye-DIF is particularly suitable for the reverse fast method for dyeing of polyester / cellulosic blends.

0.5 - 1.0 g/l
Polydye-DIF

Quantity of Polydye-DIF depends upon depth of shades, type of dyes used, compatibility of dyes in the recipe, liquor circulation and rate of temperature rise.

2. For levelling of faulty dyeings
3-4 g/l Polydye-DIF

0.5-1.5 g/l Saracid-RS

Treat at 130 deg. C for 60 min.

Note :

To control foam under vigorous circulation in jet 0.5-1 g/l Saradefoam is recommended.
