ELIMINATOR-GLO | Oligomer Remover

Product Information

Eliminator-GLO is specially developed to overcome oligomers deposits in the dyeing of polyester fibre tops, yarn in package form and fabric. Eliminator-GLO disperses the oligomers in the dye-bath. It also removes oligomer deposits from dyeing machines during machine cleaning.

Application

1-3 g/l Eliminator-GLO is normally sufficient to keep oligomers in dispersion form and prevents re-deposition of oligomers (trimers) on dyed fabric

In case of dark shades and/ or long dyeing times, the following formulation is recommended:

1-3 g/l	Eliminator-GLO
0.5 g/l	Dyewell-002

Polyester fibres can contain different amounts of oligomers - mainly trimers - depending on origin. During hot treatment these trimers migrate out of the fibre to the surface and the dye bath. When flock, packages or beams are dyed on circulatory apparatus, oligomer depositing on the inside is more intense. Due to flock, spinning is impaired and in the case of yarn, further processing such as winding, knitting and weaving is impaired,such types of problem are solved by the use of Eliminator-GLO. Eliminator-GLO is added to the dye bath in diluted form at the start, before the addition of the dye.

For machine cleaning of oligomer deposits treatment in an aqueons bath to be carried out with :

1-2%	Metanol-DL
1-1.5%	Eliminator-GLO for 20-30 mnis at 120-130 deg.C

Instructions For Dilution

Mix 1 part Eliminator-GLO liquid with 5 parts warm water (60 deg.C - 70 deg.C) properly and before addition of dye

Precautions

Storage	Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight.Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life	8 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
