Caresoft-HP(Conc) is a nonionic hydrophilic silicone softner. It imparts excellent softness and good absorbency on treated substrates. It is applicable on cotton, polyester and their blends. It is suitable for end articles such as towels, yarn dyed shirting, knits and bottom weight fabrics.

* Dosages recommended are based on the concentrated product's strength.
Dosages of diluted product to be calculated on the basis of solid content.
Note :
pH of bath should not exceed 6.5 (pH of bath should be acidic)
Instructions For Dilution
Procedure to prepare 25% diluted product of 70% Caresoft-HP(Conc)
- Take 36 parts of Caresoft-HP(Conc)
- To this, add 64 parts of DM water
- Stir at 200-300 rpm with normal stirrer to obtain homogeneous product
Preservation: It is recommended to add 0.1% Bronopol (2-Bromo,2-nitropropane, 1,3-diol) or Methyl Paraben (methyl para hydroxy benzoate) as an antimicrobial agent to avoid fungal / microbial growth.
Note:
- If diluted product is slightly hazy add 1-2% Butyl diglycol or Butyl Cellosolve
- pH of final dilution should be adjusted to 5.0 +/- 1 with acetic acid
