Saraclean-1796 is specially designed formulation for removal of stubborn stains, particularly, loom oil stains from texturised polyester fabrics without hand spotting. The product is also suitable for stain removal of polyester/cellulosic and polyester/wool blends since, it does not affect the cellulosic or wool component.
Due to excellent stability at high temperature and alkaline pH, it can be used in weight reduction of polyester.

1. Exhaust Process
Saraclean-1796 can be applied on jet, jigger or rope scouring machines. The product can be applied at 55-130 deg.C at following concentration 0.5 - 2% Saraclean-1796
2. Pad application
For stubborn stains, pad with 5-10 g/l Saraclean-1796, batch overnight and scour as per normal scouring with other chemicals.
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
