Saraquest-AO is high power sequestering agent specially developed for scouring as well as bleaching of cotton and polyester/cellulosic blends. Saraquest-AO is also suitable for dye bath conditioner.
Saraquest-AO has a high chelating action for calcium, iron & copper under alkaline conditions and high temperature. Thus it not only prevents precipitation of insoluble hydroxides and carbonates which are formed due to alkali used in scouring and bleaching but also chelates iron & copper impurities thereby preventing catalytic damage and pin-hole marks during peroxide bleaching.
Saraquest-AO is suitable for exhaust as well as continuous operation.

0.5-1 g/l Saraquest-AO can be added with usual recipe to prevent white deposits as well as pin-hole marks due to iron. When Saraquest-AO is added in the recipe, concentration of organic stabiliser can be reduced due to stabilising action of Saraquest-AO.
Please note that for dosing, 10% dilution of Saraquest-AO is recommended instead of neat solution.
Precautions
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life : 8 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
