Texwhite-SFN. is fluorescent whitening agent with bluish violet tone for polyester and polyester blends at all stages of processing. It is suitable for continuous and exhaust processes. Texwhite-SFN. is a very economical and even small application can produce a brilliant white effect of a very high standard.

Padding process

Dosage : 1-5 g/l (depending on substrate quality)
Pick-up : 65-70%
Bath pH : 5.0-6.0
Thermofix : 170-210 deg.C, 45-60 secs.

Dosage : 0.1-0.5% (depending on substrate quality)
Bath pH : 5.0-6.0
Bath Temp. : 95-130 deg.C
Time : 20-30 mins.

Precautions

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
