Product Information

Terrysoft-923 (Conc) is a special hydrophilic softener suitable for terry towels, cotton knits and woven fabrics. Due to nano size of particles, finishing with Terrysoft-923 (Conc) imparts excellent body breakage and inner softness.

Terrysoft-923 (Conc) is applicable by exhaust as well as padding method. Finish is durable to home laundering.

Dosage : 5-10 g/l

Dosage : 0.5-1.0%

Bath Temp. : 35-40 deg.C
Time : 20-30 min.

Instructions For Dilution

Procedure to prepare 27% diluted product of 50% Terrysoft-923 (Conc).

Take 45 parts of DM water
To this, gradually add 55 parts of Terrysoft-923 (Conc). under continuous stirring at 30-45 rpm (paddle stirrer) or at 100-300 rpm (turbo stirrer) to obtain a clear liquid.
Then add 2-3 parts of IPA or Butyl Carbitol. Again stir for 10-15 min if the emulsion is unclear.

Preservation: It is recommended to add 0.1% Bronopol (2-Bromo,2-nitropropane, 1,3-diol) or Methyl Paraben (methyl para hydroxy benzoate) as an antimicrobial agent to avoid fungal/microbial growth.

Note:

Diluted product should not be stored for longer time.
If separation observed in a product, stir well and use.

Precautions

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life : 8 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
