Product Information

Sarafinish-SS is a wash fast finishing agent for all types of fibres in any form i.e knits, wovens or garments. Finishing with Sarafinish-SS gives crisp dry handle to the treated material. Sarafinish-SS also improves resistance to pilling and gives anti-snag finish.

By using Sarafinish-SS, seam slippage tendencies are reduced. Sarafinish-SS can be applied by exhaust as well as pad application. The product can be applied in combination with water-repellent agents and with resins. Finish obtained with Sarafinish-SS is basically resistant to washing & dry cleaning.

Application

1. Exhaust Application :

Depending on the end use requirements,

0.5-4% of Sarafinish-SS

pH 5, treat at 35-40 deg.C for 20-40 min.

2. Pad Application :

5-20 g/l Sarafinish-SS

Pad at pH-5, 60-70% pick-up, dry/cure as per the normal finishing conditions.

Precautions

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
