FABSTRIP-RTO | Stripping agent for turquoise blue

Fabstrip-RTO is a stripping agent especially recommended for turquoise blue reactive dyes and optical brightening agent from cotton. It also strips various classes of dyestuffs from the fabric. 1 g/l sodium nitrate is recommend to add during the stripping process to avoid fabric damage and machine corrosion.

Stepwise procedure to achieve best stripping 

• Stripping with 4% Fabstrip-RTO keeiping the M:L-1:15 at 98 deg.C for 30 min.
• Treat with 2 g/l sodium thiosulphate at 60deg.C for 15 min.
• Treat with 5 g/l oxalic acid + 0.5 g/l Celldet-R
• Hot wash
• Cold wash with 0.5 g/l Supernol-OT or rewetting agent for 5min.
• Remove the fabric
• Give 1 g/l sodium nitrate treatment for dye pot cleaning.

Fabstrip-RTO is not recommended for Spandex, Lycra, Elastane and Modal blended fabrics.

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
