SARAKOL-1583 | Dye bath conditioner and washing off agent

Sarakol 1583 is a versatile product for dyeing of reactive dyes under adverse conditions of dyeing such as hardness of water and high TDS in water. It is also effective washing off agent for different types of dyed/printed fabric.

Due to its chemical nature, the product can effectively sequester the hardness forming ions thereby improving the bath stability. Its dispersing action also ensures that the dyestuff does not precipitate when salt and alkali are added. Thereby reproducibility is good.

Addition of Sarakol-1583 in washing off of reactive dyes ensures easy removal of hydrolysed reactive dyes and prevents re-deposition thereby improving the overall fastness properties.

1. Dye bath conditioner for cotton and blends with Reactive dyes:
   • 1-2 g/l Sarakol-1583
   • Temp - 80-95 deg.C 
   • 
     
2. Continuous dyeing of cotton and blends:
   • 2-5 g/l Sarakol-1583
   • Temp - 80-95 deg.C
   • 
     
3. Washing-off of reactive Dyes (After neutralisation):
   • 1-2 g/l Sarakol-1583
   • by a batch operation as well as continuous operation.
   • Temp - 80-95 deg.C
   • 
     
4. Washing-off of reactive dyed cotton printed fabric in winch/soft flow machine:
   • *Cold wash for 10 min. Drain.
   • Add 0.5 g/l Saragen-DAM and pH of bath should be 4.5-5.0 with acetic acid. Run at room temperature for 20 min. Drain.
   • Add 1.5 g/l Sarakol-1583 and pH of bath should be 4.5-5.0 with acetic acid. Run at room temperature for 20 min. Drain.
   • Add 1.0 gpl Sarakol-1583 and pH of bath should be 4.5-5.0 with acetic acid. Run at room temperature for 20 min. Drain.
   • Cold wash for 10 min. Drain

   • Note: Second soaping is recommended for dark shades only.

5. Washing-off of denim garments to remove tint 1-2 g/l Sarakol-1583 with 1-2 g/l Kalium-NNS

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
