  • Research & Development Laboratory

    We have state of the art Research and Development laboratory meant to provide cutting edge solutions to industry. Customer's satisfaction is core business value of Sarex and hence we work to develop innovative solutions to satisfy consumer's demand.

    Resourceful and proficient research is carried out to provide sustainable and eco-friendly solutions. We have experienced  and highly qualified team of personnel, dedicated towards work. The laboratory is well equipped with  analytical instruments like HPLC,GC, FTIR etc  for monitoring the results.

    The Research and Development laboratory also has spacious conference room having latest facilities like LCD projector and Video conferencing.

  • Raw Material Analysis Laboratory

    Raw material arrived at laboratory is analyzed for properties such as General characteristics, Chelating value, foaming property, specific gravity, boiling point, Whiteness and yellowness index for optical brightening agents (OBA) etc.

  • Formulation Laboratory

    Formulation laboratory is designed to ensure safe execution of larger scale reactions. We have knowledgeable manpower with process scale up experience. This facility is used for the demonstration of technology at the kilogram scale as well as for the production of kilogram quantities of samples.

  • Production facilities

    We are well equipped with 16 glass lined reactors, SS 316 reactor (GMP model), Fluid bed dryers, SS 316 vacuum distillation unit, HDPE scrubbing tank, SS 304 Crystalizer, SS 316 top discharge and bottom discharge centrifuge, Sparkler filter, Multimill, High vacuum ejector system.

    We also have Ribbon blender, Vibrosieve, Pulveriser, Clarifier and Pressure Neutche filter of SS 316. Facility also includes sand mills, crystallizer, Dust extractor, Fume exhaust system, ventilation system for centrifuge area and and dryer operation.

  • Storage & Material Handling facility

    We have bulk storage facility for raw materials and finished products irrespective of their nature as Liquid or Solid.

    The material handling equipments are Scissor's lift, Electronic weighing scales, Stackers (Triple mast) and Pallat trucks. We also have facility for container stuffing at our factory.

    Testing is performed on variety of substrates such as Filament Yarn, shitting& shirting fabric, Carpet, Socks, Jersey etc.

  • Microbiological Laboratory

    The laboratory is equipped with two vertical autoclave for sterilization of glassware, samples or apparatus, Laminar air flow for aseptic performance of experiment, Bacteriological incubator and stability chambers which maintain specific temperature and humidity for microbial growth and BOD incubator

  • Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)

    TSL has maintained quality system, concerned with the organizational process and the conditions, under which testing studies for finished textile as well as non-clinical environmental safety studies are planned, performed, monitored, recorded, archived and reported.

    It is ensured that lab is kept free form dust and is well ventilated. Laboratory is air conditioned with humidity control to perform all testing.

  • Safety

    Sarex gives special emphasis on safety of its personnel as well as an environment. Use of personal protective equipment like helmets, gloves, goggles, safety mask, safety shoes, face shields etc. is made mandatory for everyone working in the plant whenever required.

    Air pollution is taken care of by using scrubbers and liquid effluents are treated up to tertiary level as per requirement before being discharged. Earthing and bonding of all equipments is done as a safety requirement.

    Company has carried Hazop studies for its critical products. Disaster control / onsite emergency plan is also made to the satisfaction of Dept. of Health Safety. Periodic trainings are being conducted to ensure safety. A Safety Committee is appointed to ensure all parameters of safety are achieved.

  • Effluent Treatment Plant

    We have a full fledged effluent treatment plant to treat effluent up to tertiary level.

    Being the founder member of Common Effluent Treatment Plant (Sponsored by World Bank) in the Vicinity, we are permitted to send our treated effluent to them (through Road Tankers / isolated drainage system) for it’s further treatment & disposal as per norms of State Pollution Control Board.
