FLEXDYE-ELA


Product Information


Flexdye-ELA is a new dyeing auxiliary which improves the depth of shade of elastane (EL) portion in blends with PA/EL. It enables to achieve a higher quality of Black dyed PA/EL by providing higher build-up and high wet fastness property.


Flexdye-ELA solves the problem of "Grin through" of the undyed elastane fibre. Flexdye-ELA is specially recommended for elastic knits for lingerie, swim and sportswear and high value athletic apparel.

Step-1 : Pretreatment


Flexdye-ELA is applied initially in acid bath at 50 deg.C for 20 min prior to dyeing.

: 1%

Bath pH

: 4.5 deg.C

Time

: 20 mins.


Step-2 : Dyeing


No need to drain the pretreatment bath. Dyeing can be performed in the same bath.


Note :

For critical case with poor compatibility, it is recommended to drain the pretreatment bath and start the dyeing in fresh bath.

Precautions

Storage Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life 8 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions
