Fabcoat-WB is a PU base coating, recommended as a coating compound for outdoor fabrics like cordura. It forms a clear and tack free films with high water coloumn. To obtain high water column, two coating of Fabcoat-WB is recommended. Fabcoat-WB is ready to use coating compound but the viscosity of the product can be decreased by adding water.

- Pre-impregnation with flourocarbon is recommended before coating
- Fabcoat-WB can be applied by knife on air or knife on roller
- To realise high water column 2 layers of Fabcoat-WB is recommended
- First coat is to be dried at 100-120 deg.C, followed by hot calendaring at 60-80 deg.C
- Same procedure should be done for second layer
- Curing should be done at 150 deg.C for 2 min.
- In case of high water repellency requirement, the fabric must be post impregnated with flourine containing water repellent
