3.1     HEALTH HAZARD DATA : Non- Hazardous                                     
Swallowing      :   May cause irritation of the mouth, throat, and              
                    esophagus.  Abdominal discomfort, nausea and                
                    vomiting may occur.                                         
Skin absorption :   No evidence of harmful effects from available               
                    information.                                                
Inhalation      :   Short-term harmful health effects are not expected          
                    from vapour generated at ambient temperature.               
Skin Contact    :   Brief contact is not irritating, Prolonged contact          
                    causes mild to moderate local irritation. Effects may       
                    be delayed,                                                 
Eye Contact     :   Causes irritation, experienced as stinging and              
                    discomfort or pain excess redness and swelling of the       
                    conjunctiva may occur.

4.1 Swallowing  :   Rinse mouth and induce vomiting. However, never give        
                    water or induce vomiting if victim is unconscious or        
                    convulsing.                                                 
4.2 Inhalation  :   Remove to fresh air. If breathing is difficult, give        
                    oxygen respiration.Seek medical attention if adverse        
                    effect occurs or continues.                                 
4.3 Skin contact:   Remove affected clothing and wash all exposed area          
                    with soap and water. If irritation develops,consult         
                    physician.

There is no specific antidote. Treatment of overexposure should be              
directed at the control of symptoms and the clinical condition of the
